WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness is a state of consciousness of being aware of yourself, surroundings, your words, & direct actions. Being mindful of your life can improve your relationships, mental health, & overall connection with the Universe.

BEING MINDFUL
MINDFULNESS & PAGANISM
Buddhism & meditation may be the first association most people have when they think about practicing mindfulness. Mindful meditation is also a beneficial practice for Pagans.
Meditating about our rituals, interactions with the Gods, or our ancestors can help deepen those relationships. Turning our minds towards the planetary elements helps foster within us a new connection to the earth. Let’s not forget actively slowing down during the Samhain season to contemplate our own mortality and place in the Universe.
Mindfulness and the gains received from invoking a meditative state can help us overcome our anxiety, fears, and depression. If we’re not spending time on our inner enemies, we can spend more of our precious energy on the things we seek to manifest in our lives. That’s Your Magick, Unleashed!
The purpose of the “mindfulness” section is to provide content for those seeking exercises, affirmations, and inspirational quotes to help further their understanding of reality.
