If we are looking at the sustainability of our Six House, we are looking at our daily routines, health, and energy. This card is here to remind us that we may need to change our daily routines to accommodate an increased workload. This might mean going to bed earlier for more sleep, eating healthier, and switching how we do things during the day instead of trying to achieve an impossible standard. This is a call to be nicer to ourselves and recharge.
