“La Bandera” “The Flag”

La Bandera is the symbol of the warrior. A person who stands firmly in their convictions. They will proudly serve their families or countries. They act in honor and practice what they preach to others. This card asks us to take stock of what is most precious to us and be watchful. It’s alright to stand for what you believe in, however, becoming too defensive can also be a hindrance to your growth.

This card can indicate a “poke” from the Universe to get going on a major project or undertaking aligned with your purpose.

What are Mexican Loteria cards?

Originally, Mexican Loteria cards were used in a bingo-like game.‌ ‌They‌ ‌were‌ ‌not‌ ‌used‌ ‌as‌ ‌a‌ ‌divination tool ‌until‌ ‌recently‌ ‌when‌ ‌the‌ ‌main‌ ‌supplier,‌ ‌Don‌ ‌Clemente,‌ ‌made‌ ‌the‌ ‌cards‌ ‌more uniform.
