What are Mexican Loteria cards?

Originally, Mexican Loteria cards were used in a bingo-like game.‌ ‌They‌ ‌were‌ ‌not‌ ‌used‌ ‌as‌ ‌a‌ ‌divination tool ‌until‌ ‌recently‌ ‌when‌ ‌the‌ ‌main‌ ‌supplier,‌ ‌Don‌ ‌Clemente,‌ ‌made‌ ‌the‌ ‌cards‌ ‌more uniform. The deck, consisting of 54 cards generally depicts art and symbolism present in Mexican culture.‌ ‌These cards are usually aimed at children or for general entertainment, but modern divination researchers, such as Garth Tardy, contributed to their development. I use the Loteria cards as a way of understanding how I can face hurdles in my life. I feel that they compliment the tarot, oracle, and affirmation decks well because they provide a different perspective on the theme of the day.
