Ax Heads / Hatchets

A protective ward to have on an altar placed at the doorway. When doing defensive Magick, you can hold the ax head in the palm of your hand to help yourself stay grounded. The ax head will assist you in severing the connections to the thoughts and emotions which no longer serve your highest good. You can anoint the axhead in spiritual oils (such as hyssop) to banish spirits from the presence of your Magickal tools. Sleeping with a hatchet under your bed can be used as a tool if you experience infrequent nightmares.*
