“I work on my problems, and release them.”

Sometimes we may feel like we are overwhelmed by all that challenges us. We might feel like the weight we are carrying is becoming heavier each day. This is sometimes because we feel that we must tackle all the problems, completely, every day. “Perfection at all times,” is not sustainable nor does it allow us to grow in a functional manner.

What we can do is work on the “1 minute” problems. This means washing out your coffee cup, throwing away a wrapper that’s left on the floor, or folding 1 shirt. Once we get in the habit of fixing these small problems, our muscles are toned! We can then go to battle with the larger issues in our lives. You may find, however, that these little issues were actually the bigger enemy!

Accepting that not all problems are readily solvable is also part of the lesson. Some things will always remain out of our control, however, how we face them is entirely up to us.

What are Affirmation Cards?

Affirmation cards are similar to oracle cards in that they tend to give us a more generalized view of our lives. These decks tend to be fairly small, about 30-36 cards in total, however this is not a hard rule. Affirmation cards provide us with insights into how we’re accepting or denying repeated themes in our lives. Affirmation cards are a good supplement to use in conjunction with oracle cards and tarot cards to give us a greater view of our life path.
