Charcoal Soap & Spiritual Self Care

The‌ ‌color‌ ‌black‌ ‌is‌ ‌sometimes‌ ‌associated‌ ‌with‌ ‌hexes, but it is also a striking color ‌for protection. In my experience, I find it essential to practice good spiritual self care. Not only does spiritual self care help in promoting protection on an ethereal level, it also promotes good physical self care such as bathing.

Charcoal soap is one of my favorite curios to use in my spiritual self care routine. This black soap helps neutralize energies and absorb them away from your physical body’s energy field. I use the visualization of cleansing away any undesirable memories from the previous day and saying a mantra such as “I will remain in the present moment! I will not allow myself to be burdened by the pain of another’s suffering.”
